At Silky Sleep we offer a range of shopping solutions to suit you. When you visit us online, we’ll be able to support you in getting your purchases home.
Before placing an order with us, you should ensure that the items you plan on purchasing will fit into your base/bed that you have chosen and that you are able to manoeuvre the mattress through doorways, stairwells or other access points, as mattresses are large and can be tricky to move.
On the other hand, you can have the option to pick up your mattress from our warehouse for free. When shopping online, choose the ‘Collect’ option and follow the screen prompts.
Please note that if collecting from warehouse, you must organise your own appropriate transport and transport accessories.
If you’re unable to collect your mattress that you’ve purchased and you’re happy for us to organise delivery to your nominated address (delivery charges will apply).
Delivery time is within two business days.
Unless otherwise specified, online delivery charges start from $75; Victoria metropolitan only.
If you require specific delivery days or times, please ensure that you contact us to discuss your delivery requirements before placing your order.
Unfortunately Silky Sleep doesn’t deliver to regional areas.
There must be someone at the delivery address who is over the age of 18, to sign for the delivery. We are unable to complete the delivery if there is nobody home at the time. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and additional charges may apply. To avoid these additional charges, please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at home on the day you have been advised by our shipping contractors.
Please note not all items displayed on the website will be immediately available for pickup or delivery. Our teams will advise on expected delivery / collection timeframe when they contact you regarding any mattress purchased online.
